What is Shenmue? – Episode 1: Story July 31, 2018

Few games are as beloved as the original Shenmue for the Sega Dreamcast, and Sega plans to create an entirely new generation of Shenmue fans by finally re-releasing the classic game (and its sequel) in glorious HD.

Today, Sega has just released the first episode in what is expected to be a multi-part documentary about the Shenmue franchise. The first part is narrated by the game’s lead English voice actor and focuses on the story. Enjoy!

Shenmue I & II HD are coming to the Xbox One, PS4 and the PC (through Steam) August 21st, 2018.
