We are two months away from the start of 2019’s Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire which takes place every year at Warsaw Park in Ansonia, CT. After the faire concluded last year, we published the first part of our review with the intention to publish Part 2 prior to 2019’s event.

Performers Daniel Greenwolf and Wyck headlined a special one night only event on the final Saturday of the faire. They intended to perform a death-defying stunt that would push their skills to the limit and put their very lives on the line! How did it go? Watch the review and find out!

In case you missed Part 1, where we spoke about the majority of the faire’s events, food, storyline and vendors you can click right here to watch.

Midsummer Fantasy Renaissance Faire 2019 will take place in Warsaw Park, Ansonia the weekends of June 22nd, June 29th, and July 6th, 2019.

Every Currently Announced Character for Mortal Kombat 11 April 25, 2019

Mortal Kombat 11 released earlier this week on multiple platforms. The previous game, Mortal Kombat X, left a huge plot thread that this new game looks to pick up from and many will be asking the question of which of the game’s classic characters will be returning in this new one? Now, WB Games is revealing some of the characters who will be appearing in Mortal Kombat 11. Who will make the cut? Read below and find out.

First off, the legendary Sonya Blade is coming back. Known as the ultimate in Earth’s special forces, she’s getting a major redesign for this game. In fact it looks like they’ll be modeling her appearance and performance after the real-world actress/athlete Rhonda Rousey.

Next up let’s talk about the femme fatale in green, Jade. She wasn’t seen in Mortal Kombat X‘s story so I assumed she didn’t survive the time event, so it’s nice to see her back.

Fan-Favorite Kabal is also back, and it looks like his death only served to make him madder. Stay clear of those hooks!

Next up is a character I’m afraid I’m completely unfamiliar with, Geras. He’s big and he hits really hard.

Finally we have the most recent reveal, the celebrity with the shades, the man who does all his own stunts, legendary Johnny Cage! Long time fans of this series can’t forget Johnny, and it’s great to see him back. Just don’t ask him for an autograph.

We showed you Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade will return but fans of Mortal Kombat X might wonder what happened to one of its newest characters, their daughter, Cassie Cage. I’m happy to say she is back in Mortal Kombat 11.

Kotal Khan, who I remember being a powerfully important character in Mortal Kombat X, is also returning and it looks like he will be bringing a very big weapon along with him.

Next up we have an important character with a lot of lore behind him. The original Sub Zero went missing between the events of Mortal Kombat 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, and his younger brother took up his mantle and has held the title of Sub Zero ever since. What happened to the original Sub Zero? Well, without spoiling anything he became Noob Saibot, a character named after the two creators of Mortal Kombat, Ed Boon and John Tobias. Take a look at this guy!

Next up we have a new playable character I’m unfamiliar with, The Elder Goddess Cetrion.

Old school fans of Mortal Kombat might recognize the next character I’m about to reveal, but some of the newer players might just scratch their heads. Kitana was the good twin daughter of Shao Khan, who rivaled others in Kombat with her deadly fan. Now she’s back and it looks like she wants revenge for not appearing in the previous game’s story!

Next up we got a good look at a new character I haven’t seen before, The Kollector. He cares only for what he acquires and he won’t hesitate to stop anyone who wants to take what he believes is rightfully his.

Finally, we’ve got a woman with the coldest touch, who trained with the same clan as the legendary Sub Zero, Frost.

This is likely an incomplete list and it’s highly likely more characters are coming. (In fact Shao Khan was offered as DLC for people who chose to preorder the game.) No matter who you choose to play as, fight well!

Mortal Kombat 11 is out now for the Xbox One and PS4.

You’ll Be Playing as a Thin Blood in Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 April 25, 2019

Thin Bloods were an ever present issue in the original Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines. These fledgling vampires were so far removed from the third generation, many of them lacked some of the most basic things that made them vampires. There were tales during loading screens some Thin Bloods could eat mortal food, others could create children. They would be seen by the elders as a precursor to the vampire apocalypse and shunned by their clans or abandoned by their sires.

In Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 you’ll be playing as a newly sired Thin Blood. Don’t worry, this won’t restrict your player creation options. Over the course of the game you’ll be able to choose a clan for yourself.

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is coming to PC, Xbox One and PS4.
