KINGSGLAIVE: Final Fantasy XV was first announced at the Final Fantasy XV Uncovered event several months ago. It is an entirely CGI film which tells the story of what happened to Final Fantasy XV’s secondary characters King Regis and Luna during the events of the game. It saw a very limited but successful theatrical run and it is getting a home video release.

If you’re like me and lived nowhere near a theatre that was showing Kingslaive: Final Fantasy XV you’re probably anxious to see the film for yourself. Today, I’m happy to announce that the film has been released for purchase on various digital only services including iTunes and On Demand.

Don’t know if you want to see it yet?  Here’s a preview the first twelve minutes of the movie!

Personally, I’m going to to wait for the Blu-Ray Disc release in October.  Copies of the film on Blu-Ray Disc are also being bundled with all physical premium versions of Final Fantasy XV at retail.

Throughout the history of the franchise, Final Fantasy titles have included special minigames to enhance the game’s universe and add to the fun of the game.  Final Fantasy XV is no different, as Square Enix announced Justice Monsters Five, an interactive pinball game, would be the playable minigame at the game’s preview event several months ago.

The developers promised to offer special Final Fantasy XV bonuses for anyone who downloaded the standalone game. It was expected to launch a month or two ago, but it was delayed until late August.  Well, we now have a firm release date for the game. The service is expected to go live at 11:00 tomorrow, but you can download the game right now.

You can download it right now using an iOS device from Apple’s App Store and Android device users should also be able to find it on the Google Play service. A Windows 10 version was also announced but it has been delayed.

Justice Monsters Five is free to download.  Just be aware the game supports in-app purchases.

Final Fantasy XV is coming November 2016 to Xbox One and PS4.

At E3 2016 Ubisoft announced they would be giving away a free PC  game every month until December on the Uplay digital download service.  To get it, all you need to do is log into Club Ubi with your Uplay account and tell the site you want your free game.  Then you can play it all you want on the Uplay client. That’s all.

This month, Ubisoft is giving away the modern platformer Rayman Origins. I first remember seeing this game demoed when I attended the E3 2011 Ubisoft Press Event and I’m happy to finally get the chance to play it.

Seriously this game is free right now. You don’t have to pay for it, and the Uplay Client is completely free to download. Even if you delete the game or the Uplay client, as long as you got it while it was free you’ll always be able to retrieve your game when you log back into your account. Get it now, because the offer is going to be invalid when Ubisoft offers their next free game.
