Let’s Play Alan Wake’s American Nightmare February 24, 2016

Last week, Microsoft announced the upcoming release of Quantum Break, and said that anyone who preorders the game digitally or at a selected retailer will be entitled to a digital download of Remedy’s previous title, Alan Wake’s American Nightmare.
Alan Wake’s American Nightmare is a follow up to the cult classic Alan Wake, a game I absolutely love. It was released digitally on the Xbox 360 and would later get ported to the PC. Now the game is playable on the Xbox One using Backwards Compatibility. Let’s take a look at how this game plays on Microsoft’s newest console with video commentary as we wait patiently for Quantum Break to be released!
We’re going to be playing through the whole game so just be aware there’s going to be spoilers!
Special thanks to Bawls for providing Maniac’s wardrobe!
Alan Wake’s American Nightmare is out now on Xbox 360 and PC. It is free for anyone who preorders Quantum Break on the Xbox One.
Killer Instinct Arbiter Trailer February 24, 2016

Fighting game fans who have been playing Killer Instinct on the Xbox One will be happy to know that a new challenger is being added to the game for Season 3.
That challenger…is The Arbiter!
First appearing in Halo 2, The Arbiter is an honorable foe trying to overcome the shame of his disgrace. He has since become an ally of Master Chief JOHN-117, and now he could become Killer Instinct‘s deadliest opponent!
I don’t remember seeing this battle in Halo 5…
The Arbiter is coming to Killer Instinct in March 2016. Killer Instinct is out now on Xbox One and is coming soon to Windows 10.

A massive content update for Halo 5: Guardians was released earlier today and can be downloaded right now on the Xbox One free of charge. The biggest addition this update brings? In my opinion it’s the Halo: Combat Evolved Pistol REQ!
Pistol aside, what else does the new update include? Take a look at the official trailer!
If you’d like a more in-depth look at what is being added in Hammer Storm, take a look at this archived stream where 343 Industries gave players a first look at it!
You can read all the details about the official patch here. The Hammer Storm update is a pretty hefty one, weighing in at 4.5GB, even if you had the previously most recent Content Update installed. It is a required download to play the game’s multiplayer component, so make sure to download it as soon as possible!
Halo 5: Guardians is out now exclusively on Xbox One.

We’re just a few days away from the massive celebration that Nintendo and The Pokémon Conpany have planned for the twentieth anniversary of the release of the very first Pokémon games, and to help prepare for the festivities, The Pokémon Company released the Pokémon Photo Booth app for iOS and Android smartphones!
On its face, the Pokémon Photo Booth app is a free photo editor that enables smartphone users to add filters and captions to photos they’ve taken. However, this app is perfect for creating future Pokémon memes!
Any photos produced with the app can be added directly to social networks like Instagram or Twitter. Make sure to hashtag the photos with #Pokemon20 for the chance to get your photo featured!
The Pokémon Photo Booth app is free to download on your iOS or Android device using your device’s respective App Store. If you’re using an iPhone you can download the app here. On iOS it only takes up around 60MB of space. Android users might have to wait a little bit longer for it to appear on Google Play.

The only question I have to ask you is do you prefer Pokémon Red or Pokémon Blue? Enjoy!

Quantum Break Has Gone Gold February 19, 2016

Whether you’ve waited three years since it was first announced or six years since the release of Alan Wake, I am proud to repeat the news that Quantum Break has Gone Gold!
Gone Gold, for those who don’t know, is a term which means that the game has been finished and is currently in the process of duplication. “Gold” refers to the finished Gold Master version of the game. So essentially the game is done, and Remedy can celebrate all the hard work they’ve done while we wait for the game to arrive on shelves!
Quantum Break remains my most anticipated Xbox One title, and it has been since it was first shown at the Xbox One’s reveal. It was developed by Remedy, a company known for the incredible games Max Payne, Alan Wake and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. These were three titles that not only revolutionized the gaming industry, they rewrote the book on what could be possible with a game’s narriative. Now it looks like Quantum Break will be breaking new ground all over again.
Quantum Break is coming April 5th, 2016 to Windows 10 PCs and Xbox One.
