Well, for those of you who just saw Mario get um…really mad I’ve got a bit of a blast from the past for you.  I just want to remind you that Mario didn’t ALWAYS save the Princess, occasionally the Princess would have to save him! That’s right Princess Peach had her own video game, and in a complete role reversal, she was tasked with saving Mario!

Little Miss Gamer was a fantastic review series made by PBC-Productions, the guys responsible for the ground-breaking Captain S webseries.  In it, the host talked about some of her favorite games and gaming memories from across all of gaming generations, and in this episode she talked about the Nintendo DS and the Princess’s exclusive game for the handheld, Super Princess Peach.

The Little Miss Gamer series hasn’t produced a new episode in a few years, but the website is still active and occasionally updated.  If you want to check out more of her great videos or Captain S, check out PBC-Productions!

Stay tuned!  Lots more Mario content to come this weekend leading up to the Nintendo Wii U launch!

Okay, its time to get really raunchy here on the site, so if there’s any kids reading this they probably should go look elsewhere right now.  Gone?  Okay.

Have you ever wondered just how Mario really felt having to save the Princess time after time after time?  Well, he’s mad.  In fact he’s really mad.  Enter the Mad Mad Mario series, a very adult-language series where Mario gets…well…mad…really mad.  Take a look for yourselves…if you dare!

Stay tuned to the site!  Lots more Mario content coming all weekend!

Paper Mario Sticker Star, the newest game in the Paper Mario series has been released exclusive to the Nintendo 3DS this week.  I thought the game had a really impressive E3 showing this year, along with several other Nintendo 3DS games and it was one of the games that convinced me to pick up the 3DS XL when it launched.

I first became aware of the Paper Mario series when they did that awesome commercial for the original Nintendo 64 Paper Mario game over a decade ago.  In fact the commercial was so good, it made the list in my Top Ten Video Game Commercial video.  This new game brings sticker collection into the forefront of the gameplay, with the player able to make Mario make use of stickers that they collect to affect not just the gameplay but the game’s enviroment.

Paper Mario Sticker Star is out now for the Nintendo 3DS.  It can be purchased for $39.99 at retail or online through Nintendo eShop.  There is a bonus through Club Nintendo if you purchase it through the eShop, you will get double points, and the opportunity to download the Donkey Kong Original Edition for free to the 3DS.

Happy Halo 4 Day!  Halo 4 has officially been released in the United States and across the world a full five years after the last numbered Halo game.  After all this time we finally get to continue the story of the Master Chief, John-117 and put to rest just what his and his AI Cortana fate be, as well as the fate of the rest of the galaxy.

As per tradition since Halo 2, a Collector’s Edition for Halo 4 has been released, called the Halo 4 Limited Edition.  Unlike with Halo 3 and Halo Reach, It is the only CE that is being offered.  But what’s in it, is it worth the $100 US price tag?  Lets take a look and find out.  Also released today was the Halo 4 Limited Edition Strategy Guide, a hardcover guide book which includes a ton of behind the scenes content and game information.  We take a look at that as well.

Another Halo 4 unboxing is to come!
