Prepare your ears for the smooth tones of Jack Black. This trailer, shown at the Microsoft Games Event, is only the latest preview of Psychonauts 2, a game being developed by Double Fine.

I think the biggest news reveal I can make about this game is it will be available to people using Xbox Games Pass. We’ve been waiting a long time for Psychonauts 2, and it looks like we won’t be waiting for much longer.

You and I both know that Microsoft intends to show the very first campaign gameplay footage from Halo: Infinite running on the Xbox Series X today. In about 20 minutes from when this gets posted, the group behind the Summer Game Fest will be hosting a special preshow, with their own exclusive Xbox related announcements and previews. If you want to watch it, check it out below.

If you happen to be a Twitch user, I’ve got some other news for you. Twitch will be distributing an exclusive Halo-themed emoji for anyone who watches the Halo: Infinite campaign reveal at 9AM PST (12 Noon EST). My advice would be to switch to the official Xbox Twitch channel as soon as the show starts.

UPDATE: In case you missed the official show as it was broadcasted, here’s the complete show in glorious 4K60!

Halo: Infinite is coming Holiday 2020 for the Xbox One, PC and Xbox Series X.

I know we can expect previews from games based on series like One Piece, but to be honest all I would like to see is an announcement they will bring back the original .Hack// games.

Microsoft is Ending Mixer Tomorrow July 21, 2020

It started as Beam, and eventually became known as Mixer. However, it looks like neither will be existing for much longer. Despite the fact they were the only live game video streaming service I was aware of that supported 4K streaming, and could reward viewers for what they watched, Microsoft’s Mixer service is being discontinued tomorrow.

Honestly, we should have seen this coming. Obviously, our official Mixer channel is shutting down and we will be exclusively live streaming on Twitch.tv with our video archives remaining on YouTube for the time being. It was a fun ride, and hopefully this will force Microsoft to improve their Twitch support on the Xbox One. Until then, make sure to delete your Mixer apps, you’re not going to need them anymore.
