The most anticipated PS4 exclusive title has been delayed once more, but only by a month.  Earlier today, Sony and Naughty Dog have officially announced the release of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be delayed.

I honestly don’t have a problem with this announcement. Naughty Dog has delayed their games in the past and have used that time to release some of the most polished titles of the last generation. If they need an extra month, that’s okay with me.

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is now coming April 26th, 2016 exclusively to the PS4.

A new patch for Batman: Arkham Knight was released yesterday, bringing the game to version 1.12 on the PlayStation 4. The new update fixes a minor issue with rain effects on certain costumes  and adds support for this month’s downloadable content.

If you already had the previous version installed, the new patch is only a single GB to download. If you haven’t downloaded any of the game’s patches up to this point, you’ll be expected to download over 5.5GB of data to bring your game to its most recent version.

Batman: Arkham Knight is out now for PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Let’s be honest, Super Smash Bros has been Nintendo’s most popular title for this console generation, and is one of the games responsible for making the Wii U a “must own” console.  Since it was released a year ago, Nintendo has continued supporting it by adding new characters, costumes, and maps as DLC on a regular basis.

Today, Nintendo has just revealed the FINAL video presentation for Super Smash Bros, and they reveal no less than three new characters which will be coming to the game, one of which should be available to purchase later tonight.

This game had a great run, I hope to see it again in the next generation.

Super Smash Bros is out now for Wii U and 3DS.

The Pokémon Company has officially revealed the newest legendary Pokémon, Volcanion. This is the first Fire/Water type to ever be created for the game, making it not only extremely powerful, but with very few weaknesses.  Take a look for yourselves how awesome this thing is.

Volcanion will likely be coming as a free digital gift to the sixth generation Pokémon games, however Nintendo has not mentioned how they plan to release it.

Pokémon Omega Ruby, Pokémon Alpha Sapphire, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y are out now exclusively to Nintendo 3DS compatible handhelds.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto Free at GOG This Weekend December 11, 2015

One of my favorite PC games of all time, Giants: Citizen Kabuto, is being offered to download at GOG.com for free this weekend.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto was published by Interplay in the early 2000s. It was the first game made by Planet Moon Studios, a ragtag group of game developers who would go on to be known for games like Armed and Dangerous and Infected.  The reason I believe this game still stands out after all these years is its humor, this game is just hilarious and it still holds up even to this day.

The thing everyone likes about GOG.com is that the vast majority of the games purchased through the site can be downloaded without any restrictive DRM, ensuring that the software will continue to work for as long as you keep it on your Hard Drive.

So give the site a look and don’t forget to pick up this game. You won’t be disappointed.

Apple released the newest update to the operating system that powers the latest iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices earlier today.

The new update, iOS 9.2, includes a whole lot of bug fixes and improvements. I haven’t heard of too many issues with it, but Square Enix recommends anyone using the Final Fantasy Portal App log out of it and the Square Enix Software Token before performing their upgrade.

If you’re currently running iOS 9.1, the upgrade should weigh in around 150-250MB in space, depending on your device.
