Final Fantasy VII is marked in history as not only one of the greatest RPGs of all time but also has been one of the most enduring franchises from Square Enix. In the mid-2000s, Square Enix took the unprecedented move to release an entire spin-off franchise from the characters of that game. There was a feature-film CGI sequel, a PS2 follow up, and prequel games for mobile platforms. One of the biggest and best games to come out of this event was the PSP-exclusive game Crisis Core.

Now, it’s getting a remake for modern platforms. But is it a remake or a remaster? Let’s watch the video below and find out.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy Reunion is coming to PS5, Nintendo Switch, PC and Xbox Series X.

In it, we get a closer look at what players will experience in the new games and a closer look at the Pokémon that will be joining us in the journey.

Seriously this open world looks amazing! I was hoping we could see more of what was possible in the game’s multiplayer modes, as this is a game I am really looking forward to play over wireless multiplayer.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet launch tomorrow exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
