Arcades in the US have been getting a resurgence ever since getting combined with the adult food and bar experience provided by locations like Dave and Busters. While there’s currently only one location for the entire state I live in, my friends and I have had a blast there whenever we have visited. Now, Microsoft just released a next generation 4K arcade experience exclusively to Dave and Busters locations called Halo: Fireteam Raven.

How does a game like Halo: Fireteam Raven get made? How difficult it is to take a property best known as a console first person shooter and turn it into an arcade light gun game? Watch this behind the scenes look and see for yourselves.

Halo: Fireteam Raven is out now exclusively in Dave and Busters arcades.

The next part of what appears to be an ongoing series of new trailers for Spider-Man on PS4 was just released by IGN. This video shares a similar framework to the previous one, as we get to hear the great banter between Spider-Man and J. Jonah Jameson. Sadly, this trailer being released on the IGN channel means we can’t see it in 4K just yet, but if it gets re-posted on a better place like the official PlayStation or Insomniac channels, we will replace it with the superior version immediately. UPDATE: We’ve replaced it.

Well, this confirms it, the Scarlet Spider suit will be playable in the PS4 game. Great choice, and some might remember it was one of my requests.

Spider-Man is coming September 7th, 2018 exclusively to the PS4.

The highly anticipated New Game Plus (NG+) mode has been added to the PS4 exclusive game God of War earlier today. It is completely free of charge and does not require a visit to the PlayStation Store to download. The new mode will allow you to start a new game with all of the abilities you unlocked in a previous completed campaign available at the start. You’ll also be able to skip story cutscenes while in NG+ Mode if you choose.

This was a much requested feature, probably more requested than the Photo Mode that was announced shortly before the game came out. To add the NG+ Mode to your game, you’ll need to install the game’s newest patch, version 1.30. If you previously had the most recent version of the game installed, it will require your console to download over 800MB of data.

God of War is out now exclusively for the PlayStation 4.

Mega Evolution has been one of the biggest advancements to the Pokémon franchise since it was first included in the Generation 6 Pokémon games, Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. They’ve also made retroactive appearances in remakes of earlier Pokémon games, particularly the 3DS remakes of Ruby and Sapphire. Now, Nintendo and The Pokémon Company have confirmed Mega Evolution will appear in their upcoming Switch games, despite the fact they are remakes of the first generation. Take a look at this trailer to see Mega Evolution in action for yourselves.

If memory serves, all of the first generation starter Pokémon had the ability for Mega Evolution…

Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokémon Let’s Go Eevee are coming in November 2018 exclusively to the Nintendo Switch.
