A blizzard is headed our way, so Maniac decided that it was the perfect time to finish his Let’s Play of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.

Just one day after finishing Uncharted 2, Maniac starts up playing Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception on the PS4. At the time it was considered to be slightly less polished than Uncharted 2, but it has one of the best opening chapters of any game in the franchise.
Join us as we play through the opening chapters of Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception with the intention to collect as many treasures and trophies as we can. All gameplay footage provided with video commentary.

After finishing up our Let’s Play of Kingdom Hearts 0.2, Maniac decided it was time to make good on his promise and continue his quest through the three games of the Uncharted Trilogy. Tonight, we wrapped up our playthrough of our favorite game in the series, Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, while trying to collect every last treasure in the game.
All gameplay is provided with video commentary.
Like the video? Our current Let’s Play plans are to begin streaming Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception next, with future plans to stream a Final Fantasy game. Which game we stream is fully dependent on Microsoft’s ability to deliver solid game streaming capability in the Xbox One.

As Final Fantasy Day begins to wind down on this website we thought we would reach back into our archives and highlight one of our favorite Final Fantasy videos.
In Spring 2014, Square Enix was just one of a handful of companies releasing an incredible influx of RPGs when they released games like Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD and Bravely Default within a short period of time.

We thought that since it was Final Fantasy Day, we could rerelease one of our classic reviews of a piece of Final Fantasy merchandise. Traditionally, Princess Angel reviews the art books on this website, but in this one case we had to make an exception. The Sky: The Art of Final Fantasy is an anthology of three books featuring Mr. Amano’s original concept art from the first ten numbered Final Fantasy games.

Final Fantasy Day – Let’s Play Final Fantasy VII Playlist February 4, 2017

We’re not just highlighting some of our favorite Final Fantasy content from across the web, we’re also featuring some of the Final Fantasy content we’ve produced over the years, and this is one of our favorites. Shortly after the release of Final Fantasy VII on the PS4, we played through the first act of the game with the help of a lot of our fans. Maniac was playing the game blind, and the task ahead of him was daunting but he was happy for all the help he got!
Here’s our full playlist of that Let’s Play, and if we ever decide to continue with the series, the playlist will be automatically updated to add new episodes!
If you have a PS4 and don’t have a copy of Final Fantasy VII, I can’t recommend it enough. Until the remake launches, this is the best version of the game. Hopefully the digital sales figures of Final Fantasy VII on PS4 encourages Square Enix to release Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX on PS4.

Final Fantasy Day – Our Collection February 4, 2017

As PC gamers for many years, we were pretty late into the console scene, and because of that Maniac regrets missing out on Final Fantasy fandom when it first hit. In fact, Maniac talks about this in his RPG Memories video.
As the decade started up, the love of Final Fantasy being spread by its fans became too much to not get swept up in it. Fan produced Final Fantasy retrospective videos showed a great series of games Maniac felt he had missed out on. So how did Maniac finally start his Final Fantasy collection? With a single box ordered from Amazon in 2012.
Rest assured there were many more boxes ordered after that, and here’s one of them!
So that is how it started, how big did it get? Here’s a look at it from last year, with as many appraisals as he could get.

Let’s Play Kingdom Hearts 0.2 HD Parts 2-4 February 3, 2017

This week marks the thirtieth anniversary of the release of Final Fantasy and Maniac decided to finish up his Let’s Play of Kingdom Hearts 0.2 HD.
All gameplay is provided with full video commentary.
Sadly, due to censorship reasons imposed by Square Enix we are unable to show the last thirty minutes of the game, but we did decide to give our final thoughts on the game.
Kingdom Hearts 0.2 is included in Kingdom Hearts II.8 HD, which is out now exclusively on the PS4.
Let’s Play Kingdom Hearts 0.2 HD Birth By Sleep January 27, 2017

Anyone who has played through Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep on the Sony PSP or Kingdom Hearts II.5 HD on PS3 knows the character of Aqua met a difficult fate at the end of that game. Let’s see if Maniac is able to do something about that in a blind playthrough of the follow up to that game made exclusively with the power of the PS4.
