Tom Holland Reveals Disneyland’s Spider-Man Ride January 19, 2021

I know this website is not focused on theme parks but if you bear with me for a second you’ll see how it is relevant. Earlier today, Disneyland released this official behind the scenes video of their next major ride for the California Adventure park in Anaheim, California. Check it out!

That’s right, a fully interactive web swinging adventure built inside a real-world Avengers training campus. Sign me up!

Disneyland is currently closed due to the current world events. It is unknown when it will reopen or when this ride will be available but Disney has mentioned they’re aiming for opening this year.

Pokemon Go Gucci x North Face Trainer Outfit Code January 11, 2021

Occasionally, Pokémon Go offered free avatar customization options, either to tie into a promotion or as a thank you for keeping the game successful. Last week, for some reason that escapes logic, North Face thought it was a good idea to make Pokemon Go users seek out one of only 100 exclusive PokéStops in the entire world to obtain some exclusive avatar options.

This would (for nearly every human being on the planet) require travel, and likely over long distances. That is not a good idea right now. Monster Hunter Rise Digital Event January 8, 2021

Nintendo released this highly anticipated digital event earlier today for Monster Hunter Rise. It includes a new trailer, previews and a few surprises. I don’t know why this was slower to launch on the US Nintendo channel than it was in the UK, but it seems to be up and running now so check it out.

Marvel’s Avengers – Interview with Hawkeye’s Voice Actress December 28, 2020

The first new playable character for Marvel’s Avengers was released earlier this month. Kate Bishop, better known as Hawkeye, now has her own playable campaign. To celebrate the update, Marvel posted an interview with Kate’s voice actress, Ashly Burch. We get to learn what inspired her about the character and what we can expect from the game’s new content. Square Enix Releases Holiday Music Playlist on Spotify December 23, 2020

Square Enix has left us a nice present this Holiday Season. I’m someone who prefers non-traditional Christmas music for ambiance as I celebrate the holiday (Paul and Storm, Jonathan Coulton), so I was very happy to discover Square Enix has released a playlist with some of their best Holiday-Themed music and you can stream it right now for free on Spotify. You might recognize the music offered comes from the Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts and Bravely Default games.
