Pokemon World Championships 2019 Starts Tomorrow August 15, 2019

Just a friendly reminder that the biggest competition of the year, the Pokémon World Championships, will be taking place this weekend in Washington D.C.
Tournaments for three major games will be held throughout the weekend, including Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, and Pokken Tournament DX.
You can watch the festivities starting tomorrow at 9AM Eastern time. Check the Official Pokemon Twitch Channel to stream the main events, but if you prefer to watch only the Pokémon TCG matches you can watch it here, Pokkén Tournament matches can be watched here, and Pokémon video game competitions can be watched here.

Remedy has just released the second video in their What is Control video series showcasing their upcoming game Control. This video is going to show off the game’s enemy, known simply as The Hiss. Don’t worry there are no spoilers!
Control is coming August 27th 2019 to PC, Xbox One and PS4.

We’ve got a brand new trailer for Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield this morning showing off the new Pokémon that will be available in the Galar Region, the all-new rival team, and the Galar variants of several familiar Pokémon. By the way, some Pokémon in this game will be able to change their type completely during battle. Take a look!
I have to say that I love the design of Team Yell. They are clearly inspired by the UK Punk music movement.
Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are coming November 15th, 2019 exclusively to Nintendo Switch.
