There is a literal ton of Nintendo news for us to report on today, even after the release of the Nintendo Direct. While the Direct was a major success, it offered no news on Nintendo’s Pokémon games. However The Pokémon Company has released a special demo for Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Let’s Go Eevee on the Nintendo Switch. You can download it right now on the Nintendo eShop.

The demo weighs in at 2.3GB and is free to download. Those of you who don’t have a microSD card for your Nintendo Switch may want to consider getting one. Previously, Nintendo’s special Pokémon game demos have offered exclusive gameplay and unlockable content you couldn’t get from just playing the full game. We haven’t had the chance to play the finished demo yet but Nintendo says it is slightly different than the full game, and we aren’t expecting the demo to offer as much as the demos in the past had since it was released after the full game. If it is anything like the preview demo we played just before release we will give you a heads up about it.

Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu and Pokemon Let’s Go Eevee are out now exclusively for Nintendo Switch.

The final game revealed for the Nintendo Switch is a remake of one of The Legend of Zelda‘s most forgotten games, Link’s Awakening. Originally released on the Nintendo Game Boy it was the first handheld game in the franchise. Now, it’s coming back on the Nintendo Switch and just look at it!

I have to admit this art style looks great. This trailer seems true to the simplistic Game Boy designs while providing a great graphical paint job that makes the game have an almost claymation type appearance. I love it.

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is coming in 2019 exclusively to the Nintendo Switch.

I was one of the first players of Marvel Ultimate Alliance when it launched and played it on the Xbox 360. It took the precedent of Raven’s previous X-Men Alliance games and cranked the formula up to eleven by adding almost every character from Marvel Comics including the Avengers and the Fantastic Four. Now, The Guardians of the Galaxy are joining the alliance to help bring down Thanos The Mad Titan!

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 is coming Summer 2019 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
