It’s been a long time coming but Nintendo has finally released a firmware update to the Nintendo Switch which allows for Bluetooth Headphones support without the need to connect a third-party device. You can download the update right now through your Switch’s software update feature. It doesn’t seem to be required to access the Nintendo Network just yet but that could change.

In 2005 I was a staff writer for one of the biggest Max Payne fansites on the web at the time. Following the release of Max Payne 2, fans of the company responsible for making it, Remedy Games, were heavily anticipating the studio’s next title, whatever it happened to be. At E3 2005, we found out it would be a game called Alan Wake. Five years later, Alan Wake would get released and while it isn’t as well known a game as Halo or Metal Gear Solid, it is a beloved game by the fans who have been lucky enough to play it.

Earlier today Alan Wake’s lead writer, the legendary Sam Lake, announced Alan Wake is being remastered for current and next-generation consoles. Details are currently scarce but Remedy says they intend to keep the original art style and atmosphere intact.

Alan Wake Remastered is coming Fall 2021 to Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC through Epic Games Store..
