Those of you unable to attend New York Comic Con 2018 (NYCC 2018) missed an incredible panel hosted by Remedy for their next major game Control. The guests on the panel included Remedy writer (and face of Max Payne) Sam Lake, famous voice actor (and voice of Max Payne) James McCafferty, actress Courtney Hope (who played Beth in Quantum Break) and actor Matthew Portetta (who played Will Scarlet in Robin Hood Men in Tights and was the voice of Alan Wake).
Thankfully the guys over at Remedy recorded video taken at the panel and has just posted it online for all of us to check out! Give it a watch if you’re a fan of Remedy’s past work or are really looking forward to playing Control.
Control is coming in 2019 to Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

We have been waiting with baited breath since the release Spider-Man for any news about the first DLC, The Heist. Last week, we got a decent episode of Marvel Becoming, which derailed a cosplayer creating a Black Cat costume inspired by the Black Cat in the PS4 game. Thankfully, earlier today Insomniac and Sony have released this new trailer for The Heist, and it is narrated by the glorious J. Jonah Jameson.
The DLC has been released on the PlayStation Network and while it costs $10 US, anyone with the game’s Season Pass, Collector’s or Digital Deluxe Edition of the game can download it for no extra fee.
Spider-Man and its first DLC are out now exclusively for the PS4. Two more DLC missions are expected to launch over the next two months.

It’s been a while since we posted patch updates on this site but this was a pretty big one for a game we have been following for quite some time. The gang over at Insomniac have just released New Game Plus (NG+) Mode to Spider-Man on the PS4. This mode is being offered completely free and has been anticipated for quite some time. Once it is installed, you just have to highlight a completed save file and push a button to add NG+. Don’t worry, this won’t overwrite your save.
No word has been passed down as of yet if any exclusive goodies are unlocked by beating the game in New Game Plus Mode, however two trophies have been added, one for beating the game in NG+ and the other for beating the game on the all-new Ultimate difficulty. To add NG+ to your game, make sure to download the most recent patch for the game from the PlayStation Network.
Spider-Man is out now exclusively for the PS4.

Despite having my own Nintendo GameCube back in the day, I missed out on getting the console’s most controversial launch title, Luigi’s Mansion. That was an enormous mistake. The game is great with its own unique style and charm. I also loved playing the sequel on the 3DS when it launched back in 2013. Today, Nintendo has re-released the original Luigi’s Mansion for the Nintendo 3DS, and here is the game’s launch trailer. Enjoy.
