Halo Infinite Delayed To 2021 August 11, 2020

Today seems to be the day of the delay, as Microsoft has just confirmed they will be delaying the highly-anticipated Halo Infinite’s Holiday 2020 release to an undefined time next year. This is a big deal as we expected this game to be a launch title for the Xbox Series X, and now we don’t know what games can be expected to take its place.

Halo is still the biggest platform exclusive property Microsoft has. It’s clear they would not have taken this decision lightly. There were concerns over graphics and gameplay in its recent reveal video, but I didn’t share those concerns. We will keep you posted with new information as it becomes available.

Halo Infinite is coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC in 2021.

The Last of Us Part II Grounded Update Announced August 11, 2020

Naughty Dog and Playstation have announced that they will be releasing a free patch for The Last of Us Part II on Thursday, August 13th The new update includes a Grounded Difficulty Mode, permadeath, graphic and audio filters, new Trophies, and a lot more.

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 Delayed to 2021 August 11, 2020

Not really much to report here. I’ve been anticipating a sequel to the original Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines for over a decade and a half, and it looks like I’ll be waiting a bit longer.

Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines 2 is coming in 2021 to PC, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Night City Wire – Episode 2 August 10, 2020

The developers behind Cyberpunk 2077 have released the second episode of Night City Wire, a video update for the upcoming game. If you were like me and missed the initial stream, you can check it out below!

Cyberpunk 2077 is coming to PC, Xbox One, PS4 November 18th, 2020. It is eventually coming to Google Stadia, PS5 and Xbox Series X.

Pokemon: Twilight Wings Episode 7 August 6, 2020

The seventh and final episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wings has just been released today. Check it out.

It’s been a great run watching the lives of the residents of the Galar region. There’s still at least one more major DLC coming to the current games.

Alan Wake Returns in Control DLC 2 August 6, 2020

If anyone had their drop the mic moment at today’s PlayStation State of Play, it was hearing the voice of an old friend. Alan, wake up.

You may proceed with your screaming. After eight years trapped in darkness, the character Alan Wake is returning in the second premium DLC for Control and we have its official release date! Players who have the season pass for Control (or it’s digital deluxe edition) will get this DLC at no additional charge!

Control is out now for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. DLC 2, known as AWE, is coming August 27th, 2020.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe Announced August 5, 2020

Big news from Nintendo this morning as they have announced Pikmin 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch with all of the game’s DLC. Here’s the announcement trailer.

Pikmin has lots of loyal fans here in the US and there has been a huge demand to see new games in the franchise made for the Nintendo Switch. While this is not a new game, it’s sure to pipe up interest for the franchise, and give people who never had the chance to play it the opportunity to do so.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe is coming October 30th, 2020 exclusively for the Nintendo Switch.
