How to Watch Xbox 2019 and Bethesda 2019 E3 Events and get Goodies June 9, 2019
Posted by Maniac in Game News.add a comment
Later today the Xbox and Bethesda E3 2019 Press Events will be broadcasted live in advance of this year’s Electronic Entertainment Expo. These will be a very big deal as Microsoft promises that Gears 5 will be shown at their event and Bethesda has confirmed they will show DOOM Eternal at theirs.
Both event organizers have promised that gamers who watch these events during their live broadcasts later today will be entitled to some digital goodies. While Microsoft will not currently say what goodies they’ll be offering, Bethesda will he offering content for RAGE 2 and Elder Scrolls Online.
The Xbox Media briefing will begin at 4PM Eastern Time (1PM Pacific). The best way to watch it will be on Mixer, Microsoft’s live video streaming service. Simply watch the Mixer broadcast while signed into the same Microsoft account that your Xbox Live profile is connected to and you’ll be entitled to some unnamed Mixpot goodies that you will get within a week of the broadcast. If you don’t want to watch it on a web browser, the official Mixer App is currently available on Xbox One, Smartphones and Tablets.
If you want the least hassle, my recommendation is to watch the broadcast while signed into your Xbox One. The Xbox One’s internal Mixer application is automatically signed into the same Microsoft account of the Xbox One Profile that is currently active on the console. Just don’t forget to watch the Official Xbox Channel when the event goes live in your area!
Bethesda’s E3 2019 event will begin at 9:30PM Eastern (5:30PM Pacific) and the best way to watch it will be on Twitch.TV. You will need to have a free Twitch Account and free Bethesda.net account to take full advantage of the goodies on this broadcast. You will need to go to Twitch.TV from your web browser to connect your two accounts before the event starts! Elder Scrolls Online Players will need to also connect their ESO accounts to their Twitch accounts to earn those game-specific goodies. You can read all the details about it here.
Once the accounts are connected, you can watch the broadcast on any Twitch-compatible device including SmartPhones and Tablets provided you sign into your Twitch account before watching the broadcast. If your Bethesda account is already attached to your Twitch account, you won’t need to reconnect it.
