Gears Tactics Windows 10 Launch Trailer April 13, 2020

The real-time strategy game based on the Gears franchise, Gears Tactics will be launching soon on Windows 10 through various online services including Steam and Windows Store. Here’s the official launch trailer.

Gears Tactics is coming to Windows 10 April 28th. It’s also coming to Xbox One, but we don’t have a release date for that yet.

Final Fantasy VII Remake Is Now Out on PS4 April 10, 2020

The hard working people over at Square Enix have released their most-demanded title, Final Fantasy VII Remake, on PS4 and players can get it right now. Here’s a special thank you from one of the game’s developer.

On a side note I want to mention that at least in North America, any FF7 Remake Preorder, Collector’s Edition and Butterfinger PSN codes should be fully active by now. Redeem away!

Sony Reveals Dualsense Controller for PS5 April 9, 2020

Sony has not revealed the final design of the PS5 console just yet but we did get our very first look this week at the all-new PS5 controller. Ladies and gentlemen, I present…the DualSense.

The DualSense controller charges via a USB-C port and features an internal microphone (with a separate mic port), touch sensors, and slightly reworked triggers, light emitter, and community features button. You can read all the details about it on the PlayStation Blog. I would like to be able to provide my own commentary about the controller but I feel at this point that is premature. Something like this requires actual hands-on time and I have not been privy to that as of the time of writing.

Making of Final Fantasy VII Remake Part 4 April 8, 2020

We are less than two days away from the release of a Final Fantasy VII Remake and Square Enix has released a new episode of their Inside series about the making of the game. This video focuses on the game’s music and sound effects. As many of us are still humming those exact same iconic notes from FF7’s original soundtrack twenty years later.

Apple has just released a minor but important software update has just been released for iPads and iPhones. It fixes a bug with trying to FaceTime older obsolete devices. The update, depending on your device, could weigh in at around 55-100MB.

When Nintendo revealed their upcoming LEGO Super Mario set, they showed more than mere models, they revealed a fully interactive Super Mario with various LEGO environments for him to traverse. This to me felt like they intended to bring the spirit of the 2D game in LEGO form. Let’s take a closer look at the new LEGOs, shall we?

PlayStation Confirms New Delays for Iron Man VR and The Last of Us Part II April 2, 2020

It was inevitable that the current situation involving COVID-19 would lead to the delay of some highly anticipated titles. Now, it is my sad duty to inform you that two major titles I’ve been heavily anticipating for the PlayStation 4, Iron Man VR and The Last of Us Part II have been delayed indefinitely.

Previously, these titles have been expected to launch in May 2020. Now we have no isea when we can expect them. We will keep you updated with new information as it becomes available.

It’s an April Fools’s Miracle, people!
